2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through this website between SIA JUSTECHPRO (“we”) and you as a consumer (“you”). Orders are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
3. Products and prices
We sell books. Product descriptions are provided in good faith; cover images are illustrative. Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you complete your order.
4. Contract formation
The presentation of products is an invitation to order. You place a binding order by clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay” at checkout. We confirm receipt by e-mail; the contract is concluded when we dispatch your order or confirm acceptance. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, in which case any payment is refunded.
5. Payment
Payment is due when you order, by the methods shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
See Shipping & payment. Unless agreed otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of the order. Risk passes to you when you or a person named by you takes possession of the goods.
7. Right of withdrawal – 30 days
You may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Details and procedure are in Returns & refunds; you may use the model withdrawal form. Refunds are made within 14 days of your notice.
8. Legal guarantee
As a consumer you are entitled to the statutory remedies if goods are not in conformity with the contract: repair or replacement, price reduction or termination and refund. The legal guarantee period is two years from delivery. These rights are not limited by these terms.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and as required by mandatory consumer law. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage to the extent permitted by law.
10. Intellectual property
Website content, design and text belong to us or are used with permission. Book titles and author names are used to identify products.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first at justechcomp@outlook.com; we reply within 14 days. You can also turn to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC), Brīvības iela 55, Rīga, LV-1010, www.ptac.gov.lv, or to the consumer authority in your own country. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
