3. Recipients
We share data only as needed with: hosting provider (Hostinger, servers in the EU), payment service provider, postal and courier companies, and accountants/IT service providers bound by data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
4. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
We aim to process data within the EU/EEA. Where a processor is located elsewhere, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Order and accounting data are kept for the period required by Latvian law (generally up to 5 years, or longer where required). Support messages are kept for up to 2 years. Account data is kept until you delete your account.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact justechcomp@outlook.com; we respond within one month. You may withdraw any consent at any time.
7. Complaints
You may complain to the Latvian supervisory authority: Datu valsts inspekcija (Data State Inspectorate), Elijas iela 17, Rīga, LV-1050, e-mail pasts@dvi.gov.lv, www.dvi.gov.lv, or to the authority in your country of residence.
