You may return any book to SIA JUSTECHPRO within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is longer than the 14-day minimum withdrawal period required by EU consumer law, and it applies to all customers in the countries we deliver to.
How to return
- Tell us within 30 days of delivery that you want to return the order: e-mail justechcomp@outlook.com or use the withdrawal form. Please include your order number.
- Send the books back to: SIA JUSTECHPRO, Tīrumu iela 1, Rūķi, Salaspils pag., Salaspils nov., LV-2118, Latvia within 14 days of telling us.
- Keep your proof of postage until we confirm receipt.
Condition of books
Books must be returned in the condition you received them. You may open and read a book to check what it is, but we may reduce the refund if the book has lost value because of handling beyond what is necessary (for example writing, stains, damaged pages or a broken spine).
Refunds
We refund the price of the books and the standard delivery cost originally paid within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may wait until we receive the books or you show proof of postage, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the payment method used for the order, at no cost to you.
Return shipping cost
Unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong item, the cost of returning the books is borne by you.
Faulty or wrong items
If a book arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us at justechcomp@outlook.com and we will replace it or refund you in full, including the cost of returning it. You also have the legal guarantee rights described in our Terms & conditions.
Exceptions
Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons, and items made to your specification, are not eligible for withdrawal. We do not currently sell such items.
