We deliver to the EU and EEA: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Delivery costs
- Free standard shipping on orders of €50 or more to all countries above.
- Orders under €50: standard shipping €4.99.
Delivery times
We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on the destination. In all cases we deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree otherwise with you.
Tracking
You receive a confirmation e-mail after ordering and a shipping notification when your parcel is dispatched.
Payment
All prices are in euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is by credit or debit card through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.
